At about 7 on a Wednesday evening, I went to Segwang Yangdaechang with a friend I often go out with. The set for two costs 53,000 won and brings large intestine, abomasum and premium tripe at once.
A staff member did all of the grilling. The seasoning suited the meat well, and the drinks went down easily.
The hood over the table has an unusual shape, and perhaps thanks to it there was little smoke and we ate comfortably. I suggest it to anyone who wants a clean tripe meal.
We finished with the cheese fried rice in a stone pot. It was very good as well.
