At about 4:20 on a Saturday afternoon, after the first round at Jongno Bindaetteok, we went to Daejeong Yanggopchang Annex for a second. This was my first seasoned grilled tripe. I did not even know the dish existed.
We were lucky to get an outdoor table. Even with seats free indoors, many people were waiting for one outside. On a nice day, I do suggest eating outside.
We ordered the small seasoned tripe for 40,000 won and udon noodles for 2,000 won.
The sauce spatters quite a bit as it boils, so be careful. The taste was spicy and good. We added the udon to the leftover sauce and fried it.
I wanted fried rice too, but I was too full. Next time I plan to have the tripe, the udon and the fried rice. We went on from here to Eunhasu Silbi Sikdang.
