# Noriba in Seomyeon: the raw fish with perilla and sides were good

I had plans on Wednesday evening with a friend who is also a former coworker. My friend goes to Seomyeon often and chose Noriba. For me it was the first time in Seomyeon in a while.

We arrived at about 6:30 and were the first customers. We stayed the only ones the whole time we ate.

It is a bar that serves food, and my first impression of the menu was good. There are set menus too. But I do not like mulhoe, the cold raw fish soup, so I ordered the raw fish with perilla on its own. On its own it has to be ordered for at least two.

The raw fish with perilla was good. So were the side dishes that came with it.

After eating here we moved on to [Seugeun](/en/blog/jeonpo-seugeun-20260930/). It was a happy day, back in Seomyeon after a long while and pleased with the food at both places.
