At about 5:20 on a Saturday evening, I met friends I had not seen for a while. Of course we started here. I had been [four days earlier](/en/blog/jangjeon-kalmat-hoetjip-20261006/), but here I was again. We waited about 30 minutes to get in.

This time we skipped the premium platter and began simply with the regular mixed sashimi.
