It was Ipchu, the first day of autumn on the traditional calendar. A friend and I went to Haeundae Beach to see the sea before summer ended. We stopped at a bakery first to buy something to eat with beer on the beach. My friend had said the pollack roe salt bread at Milchanggo is good.

Milchanggo is a small bakery in Haeridan-gil. You pass Prahran and go into the alley toward Orleans Store, and there is a signpost on the way. There is also room to eat inside.

When we arrived, the pollack roe salt bread was sold out. All the bread on display looked good, and there were several kinds made with pollack roe. The staff were pleasant too.

We bought a jambon-beurre and another piece of bread. The jambon-beurre is 5,900 won.

After swimming we ate it on the beach with Guinness stout. It was good.

That evening we had dinner at [Obujang](/en/blog/haeundae-obujang-20260807/). Next time at Milchanggo I want to try the pollack roe salt bread I could not buy this time.
