# Cheonga Yangkkochi in Dongnae: good lamb, but far too hot inside

A younger companion came from another city on vacation, and we spent time together. The night before my companion went home, we went out to Dongnae for a drink at about 8 in the evening. Cheonga Yangkkochi is a lamb skewer restaurant near exit 4 of Dongnae Station. I once tried to come with another friend and gave up because many people were waiting.

That night there were few guests. But the room was hot. The air conditioner was on and a big fan was running, and it was still hot enough that I wondered whether the air conditioner was broken.

We ordered the meat set for 61,000 won. We had lamb skewers, lamb rib meat skewers, and premium lamb ribs on the bone.

The meat was good in both quality and taste. The trouble was the fire. The fan blew toward the table and made the fire stronger, and it was hard to control how the meat cooked. The skewers burned often. The seasoning on the meat may have been part of it.

This restaurant suggests eating the two kinds of skewers first and the ribs after. Other places I have been to said to start with the ribs. I thought it might be better to fill up on the ribs first and have the skewers as a light snack with drinks.

Since they use charcoal grills, I tried to accept some heat. Still, the discomfort did not go away. At an empty table, a staff member was preparing skewers.
